Before you get started

A few practical
questions.

Ask us something else ↗
Can I see Jame Systems without registering?

Yes. The interactive tour uses fictional data and demonstrates collection, evidence review and renewal planning in your browser.

Can I bring my existing vendor list?

Professional includes CSV import and export; Enterprise capabilities follow your agreement. Imports support up to 2,000 rows per CSV file, with column mapping, duplicate checks and row corrections.

Do vendors need a paid account?

No. Vendors submit a requested document through a private, scoped link. Team-member seats are for your internal workspace.

Does Jame automatically certify insurance coverage?

No. Your team defines requirements and reviews the evidence. PDF text extraction assists that review; the product does not replace professional insurance judgment.

How do trials and cancellation work?

Eligible new Starter and Professional subscriptions share one seven-day trial per workspace. Enterprise does not include a free trial. Billing is monthly, and cancellation preserves access until the applicable paid or trial period ends.

How is Enterprise tailored to my company?

Your offer specifies vendor, document and team limits, included features, support and recurring price. Unlimited capacity is available when explicitly agreed. Individual uploads remain limited to 10 MB. Changes take effect after you accept and billing is confirmed.

How do I get help setting up?

Use the onboarding request form to describe your vendor list, document requirements and team. Service scope and any response commitments must be agreed with Jame Systems.
